How does the 17-year-old girl with a rare disease look and live? “She is a real Thumbelina!”
This girl is 17 years old, but she only weighs 22 pounds. This is because of a really uncommon sickness called primordial dwarfism.

The mother of the girl thought her belly was too small when she was pregnant. As time went on, the pregnancy grew longer, but the stomach stayed small. The woman told the doctors what she was scared about, but they told her she had nothing to worry about.
The doctors were also worried because the stomach never showed up right before the birth. Kedadie was born on time, but she was really small. She was only 11 inches tall. The doctors said it was very unlikely that the baby would live.

Even though the predictions were not good, the girl lived. She also grows and changes in the same way that all healthy kids do. Height and weight are the only things that are different. When it comes to intellectual growth, Kenadie studies with other kids in school. They really like their little friend in class; she’s always happy.

Kenadie became famous because of the disease, which is strange. A lead part in the fantastic movie “Eep” was offered to the girl. And Kennedy did a great job with her part.

Kenadie has come to terms with the fact that she is not like other kids. She can still live a full life even though she is sick. The girl has lots of friends. She wants to be in movies again.

Another example of a brave small person showing that you can always find a reason to be happy to share. Love life above all else.
