How to Get Rid of Bugs and Other Pests in Your Home

  1. Mice
Mice can be a pain in the kitchen and they can spread germs. Instead of using normal traps, try catching them and letting them go outside. Certain cages can be bought and covered in newspaper to look like something else. To get mice to come in, put a piece of cheese or dried fruit inside. Use cloves or peppermint to keep mice away. In different parts of your house, put a few drops of essential oil on cloves or cotton balls.

  1. Creeps
Cockroaches like places that are hot and damp, like the kitchen. Here are some natural ways to get rid of them:

Baking soda and sugar: Put together a glass of baking soda and a glass of sugar powder. Put the mixture in cups and put them in the places where bugs are. The baking soda kills the roaches, and the sugar brings them in.

Diatomaceous earth: This natural insecticide can be put in dishes and places where roaches like to hang out. Put some sugar on top to get their attention.
Cut the cucumber into slices and put them on plates. Cucumbers are a great way to keep bugs away.
Boric acid: Put together one tablespoon of boric acid and one tablespoon of sweetened condensed milk.

Make little balls and put them in places where roaches can get to them. Do it again in three weeks to get rid of the second generation.
Lemon eucalyptus essential oil: If you just started seeing cockroaches, put some newspaper on it with a few drops of this oil on it and put it where the roaches like to hang out.

Oil of lavender: Put 5 to 10 drops of lavender oil on small pieces of cotton. Keep them in your cabinets and use them every day.
White vinegar: Spray white vinegar on the walls, under furniture, under the sink, and anywhere else roaches might be able to get to. They quickly leave because of the smell.
