Things you’ll need
These things are what you’ll need to make your own ginger beer:

200g of ginger powder
450 ml of mineral water
225 grams of sugar (or organic honey instead)
115ml of sparkling water
Just a few drops of lemon juice
Lemon slices to sprinkle on top
Make Ginger Beer: How to Do It

First, put the ground ginger and mineral water in a large bowl and mix them together. Make sure the ginger is fully mixed in by stirring it in well.
Put a clean cloth or plastic wrap over the bowl and leave it alone for at least 24 hours. This step lets the ginger flavors mix with the water, which is what gives ginger beer its unique taste.
After the ginger has been added, strain the liquid into a different container. To get the most flavor out of the ginger, press down on the solids.

Mix the sugar or organic honey into the ginger liquid and make sure it’s all mixed in.
After that, add the sparkling water and a few drops of lemon juice. Once more, stir to mix all the ingredients together.

Put your ginger beer in bottles or a big jug, and then chill it in the fridge for at least two hours.
Put a slice of lemon on top of each glass when you’re ready to serve for an extra citrus kick.
Have fun with your homemade ginger beer.
Now that you know how to make ginger beer, take it easy and enjoy this healthy and refreshing drink. Homemade ginger beer is a hit whether you drink it by yourself on a hot summer day or with family and friends. Wishing you health and good taste!
