At just 18, Lindsey Lourenco has been battling blood cancer, and the fight has been going on for 6 years.
After winning a victory over chemotherapy, the stubborn cancer returned. In the end, this hard fight turned out to be more than Lindsey could handle. The girl went into a coma from which she will never wake up.
However, the power with which she fought for her own life was incredible, and her mother paid an extraordinary tribute to her amazing daughter. In the last moments of the girl’s life, her mother sat next to her, and what they did together was wonderful.
