Things used:
1 kilogram of potatoes
If you need it, sunflower oil
If you need it, cold water
2 tablespoons of white vinegar
Getting ready:
First, peel the potatoes and cut them into sticks that are about 1 cm thick. You can leave the skins on if you’d like, but make sure they are really clean.
Put the cut potatoes in a big bowl and add enough water to cover them.
Add two tablespoons of white vinegar and mix it in. For crispiness, this step is very important.
In order for the potatoes to taste their best, leave them in the fridge for at least an hour.
Once the potatoes are ready, take them out of the water and dry them completely. You may use a paper napkin or a kitchen towel for this.
Warm up some sunflower oil in a pot or frying pan that works.
Fry the potatoes one at a time, making sure the pan doesn’t get too full.
