How to Make a Delicious and Healthy Homemade Energy Bar: A Step-by-Step Guide

Hey everyone! We are going to talk about how to make tasty, healthy energy bars at home in this guide. These bars are not only tasty, but they are also full of natural ingredients that give you a great mix of flavors and nutrients. Let’s start making these tasty treats one step at a time.

100g of dates, which is about 3.5 ounces
70g of apples, which is about 2.5 ounces
45g of dried cranberries, which is about 1.6 ounces
50g of raisins, which is about 1.8 ounces
80 grams (2.8 ounces) of dried apricots
50 grams (1.8 ounces) of pumpkin seeds
70g of almonds, which is about 2.5 ounces
75g of roasted cashews, which is about 2.6 ounces
35g (about 1.2 ounces) of sesame seeds (save some for decoration).
20g of pine nuts, which is about 0.7 ounces
20 grams (about 7 ounces) of flax seeds
Steps for getting ready:

Rinse the dried fruits in cold water to get rid of any preservatives and bring out their nutrients. Let them soak for 15 to 20 minutes.

Cut the cashews and almonds into thin slices while the fruits soak.

To make the pumpkin seeds and pine nuts taste better, lightly roast them in a dry pan until they smell good.

After letting the dates soak, remove the pits and cut them up along with the dried apricots.

Put the dates that have been soaked, apples, dried cranberries, raisins, and apricots in a blender. Mix until it’s smooth.

For more texture, add the roasted cashews and sliced almonds to the fruit mix.

Add the sesame seeds and mix them in. Save some to decorate the top.

By adding the flax seeds, pine nuts, and pumpkin seeds to the mix, you can make it healthier and taste better.

To get a smooth texture, mix all the ingredients together completely.

The mixture should be shaped into a log shape.

For a nice texture on the outside, roll the log in the rest of the sesame seeds.

Put the log in the fridge for two hours to set.

Cut the log into small energy bars after letting it cool.

For easy storage and snacking, wrap each bar in parchment paper.
