Jar bread with seeds on top: a healthy treat

There’s something very comforting about taking a freshly baked loaf of bread out of your own oven when you’re making it. I’m excited to share a recipe with you today that will not only make your kitchen smell great but is also very good for you. Imagine a bread that is so full of nuts and seeds that every crunch is good for you. Not only does this seed-filled jar bread taste great, it’s also so good for you.

Get your ingredients together:

One hundred grams of sunflower seeds

Pumpkin seeds weighing 50 grams

50 grams of roasted sesame seeds

30 grams of walnuts, chopped up small

30 grams of the nut

Flaxseed, 60 grams

Twenty grams of chia seeds

Twenty grams of psyllium husk

200 grams of oatmeal that has been rolled

One salty teaspoon

1 can (380g) of rinsed and drained white beans

170ml of water

30ml of vegetable oil plus extra for adding to pans

Let’s Make a Bread:

First, mix the dry ingredients. Put the seeds, nuts, oats, and salt in a large bowl and mix them together. Mix it well to make sure that everything is spread out evenly.

Blend the Beans: Put the white beans, water, and vegetable oil in a blender and blend them until they are smooth. This mix will add moisture and hold the ingredients together, making the bread feel great.

Pour the liquid mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients to mix and get ready. Mix everything together well. The batter will be thick, but easy to work with.

Get Your Jars Ready: Use a little oil to grease the inside of wide-neck jars. This will help you take the bread out easier after it’s baked. Fill the jars about two-thirds of the way to the top with batter.

Before putting the filled jars in a 200°C oven that has already been heated, let them sit for about 20 minutes. For 60 to 70 minutes, or until the tops are golden and a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean.

Enjoy Your Work: Let the bread cool in the jars after it’s been baked before you try to take it out. A wide neck is important for easy removal, but if the bread won’t come out, run a knife around the edges gently to loosen it up.
