10 signs that show it’s not your body, but your soul that’s tired.

After long periods where we have been extremely stressed mentally or emotionally, our soul can often go into a deep sleep, which closely resembles depression because it has similar symptoms.
And no matter how much we want to lift ourselves up with positive thinking and change our energy levels, we still feel exhausted and depressed.

The reason for all this is that the soul also needs time to heal in the same way that broken bones need time to mend. Although our soul is not visible, it is just as important as the container that carries it, so we should view the healing of the soul with the same seriousness that we view the healing of the body.

If we ignore the signs that our energy is draining, we can end up with serious consequences such as chronic anxiety, mental problems, and depression. Here are 10 signs that your soul is exhausted and lacking energy.

  1. During the day, all you want to do is lie down and rest. You tend to doze off frequently and sometimes struggle to get out of bed. During the night, you are restless because when you sleep you have intense dreams and nightmares that seem very real.
  2. You have painful sensations all over your body. You may feel tension, dizziness, stomach pain, blurred vision and headaches for no apparent reason.
  3. If someone asks you what’s wrong with you, you don’t know what to say because you don’t know how you feel either. You know that something complex and deep is going on inside you, but you can’t describe why you feel this way and, more importantly, why you can’t get rid of that energy.
  4. You feel fragmented and disoriented because your mind and body are out of sync.
  5. All your emotions are heightened. You are very emotional and may cry for no reason. You often feel that your heart is full of love one moment and then broken the next.
  6. You have mild panic attacks or chronic anxiety.
  7. You feel very lonely in spite of the people around you. You begin to doubt the people around you and don’t know who to trust because you always feel defensive.
  8. You have bitter, jealous, angry, or resentful thoughts about anything that happens around you, even though you are usually a compassionate, forgiving, and kind person.
  9. Your body feels weak and any movement exhausts you. You lack energy, and when you go to the gym and exercise you no longer feel happy because it has become work for you.
  10. You often feel fear and uncertainty about your future. Sometimes you feel so drained that you want to pack your bags and start life from scratch because you no longer enjoy the things you used to enjoy.

If you feel this way, it’s time to make yourself a priority and take care of your soul. Get as much rest as you need.

Turn off your phone and spend more time doing your favorite things. Take a hot bath, listen to your favorite music, and spend more time with the people you love most. Avoid negative thoughts and negative words about yourself. Stop criticizing yourself, try to balance your energy.

When you are truly attentive to what your soul wants, you can eliminate anything in life that makes you feel drained and weak, and focus instead on positive thoughts and experiences that radiate beauty and positivity.
