Chopped or crushed fresh garlic
Fresh onion cut up very small
Grate fresh ginger root
Grate fresh horseradish
Sliced or chopped fresh cayenne peppers with their seeds still in them

Use a blender to blend all the ingredients together until the mixture is smooth and free of lumps.
Put this mixture into a glass jar that won’t let air in.
Let the mixture sit for two weeks, and don’t forget to give the jar a little shake every day.
