Bruce Springsteen shared some upsetting news with his followers on his website and social media sites on Wednesday, September 6. The 73-year-old rock musician will postpone his September performances after consulting with his medical staff about his peptic ulcer disease symptoms.
“We’re devastated to have to cancel these events over here on E Street. The two gigs at Citizens Bank Park, the home of the Philadelphia Phillies, that he was compelled to postpone last month, were mentioned in the statement. “First, apologies to our fabulous Philly fans who we missed a few weeks ago,” he wrote in the statement.

We’ll pick up these shows and then some when we return. I appreciate your patience and assistance. We’ve been having a terrific time performing in the United States, and we’re excited for more fun to come. We’ll be back soon,” he added in the statement; their following engagement is scheduled for November 3 in Toronto.
