Prayers needed for Kelly Clarkson

When the cast of John Wick 4 is prepared to appear on the episode of The Kelly Clarkson Show that will run on Thursday, March 23, there is an air of melancholy that hangs over this segment of the show.

Despite this, the episode was recorded before the passing of Lance Reddick, who was a prominent cast member in the movie and may be seen in the version that is going to be broadcast.

The official social media pages for the NBC program made it a point to highlight the tragic blow that was dealt to the film beside a photograph of the actors and crew at the studio.

During the recording of today’s program, their dedication stated, “We are all terribly devastated by the demise of Lance Reddick.”

“Our thoughts and prayers are with Lance’s family and friends, as well as the entire John Wick movie family. Come celebrate and remember his life with us today, and help us spread the word about MOMCares, the organization he founded.

Fans of the show left comments such as “Very sad, sorry for his off screen as well as on screen family and friends” and “His performance consistently attracted me to the role he played.” We will miss having him around.”

When Lance passed unexpectedly on March 17, he was in the midst of completing press week interviews for the John Wick sequel. When he passed away, he was in the middle of conducting these interviews.

At the time, his representative at Portrait PR verified the news and clarified that he had passed away due to natural causes when he was sixty years old.

In the early 1980s, Lance enrolled at Yale School of Drama, but he did not achieve widespread recognition until the 2000s, when he portrayed Cedric Daniels on The Wire for a total of five seasons.

In addition to roles in other television shows, such as Fringe as Phillip Broyles and Bosch as Chief Irvin Irving, he made his mark on the big screen in the role of Charon, a New York hotel concierge, in the first John Wick film, which was released in 2014. Keanu Reeves also starred in the film.

During the course of the past nine years, Lance has made appearances in each of the three sequels, and the release of the fourth picture is scheduled for March 24.
