1/2 head of lettuce for a crunchy base
200g of cherry tomatoes, happy little explosions
Two big cucumbers, for a cool crunch
1/2 red pepper, which makes it taste sweet
1/2 red onion for a strong kick
1 avocado that is rich and creamy
80 grams of tangy and strong Feta cheese
50g of black olives, which have a strong, rich taste
Bright and sour lemon juice from half a lemon
4 tablespoons of smooth, good for your heart olive oil
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper to make it a little spicier
1/3 teaspoon of salt to make the flavors stronger
1 teaspoon of dried oregano, which adds a touch of Mediterranean magic
Putting together your masterpiece:
Add the red pepper, red onion, cherry tomatoes, and lettuce to a large bowl. Cut up the avocado into cubes and sprinkle them on top of the salad along with the black olives and Feta cheese. Mix the olive oil, black pepper, salt, and oregano with a whisk in a small bowl. Pour this dressing over the salad, then gently toss it to coat it. It’s time to eat your daily bowl of happiness.
