Two police officers were called to a store in a large US city, where a woman had been caught stealing from shelves.
Once there, officers Keith Bradshaw and Candace Spragins found a woman who had stolen $ 36 worth of food.
She was crying and apologizing after returning the stolen food.
He told the police that he has three adopted children and that he has nothing to feed them. The woman had suffered
