Brain Chira died after being hit by a car that didn’t stop.
The police say the accident happened around 3 a.m. on the Ndenderu-Ruaka Road in Kiambu County.
As part of their investigation into what happened, the police will do an autopsy on the body.

Police are also looking into claims that Chira may have been drunk when the accident happened in the Gacharage area.
Pius Mwanthi, the police chief for Kiambaa sub-county, said they still haven’t found the truck that they think hit Chira.
“The accident happened at night, and right now people are trying to find the car that caused it.” “So far, no one has been caught,” he said.
He also said that surveillance cameras near the scene and along the road will be looked at by a team to help find the canter.
